FAQ
Can I reschedule my training for a more convenient date?
Yes, we can reschedule your training. Students who are registered for an upcoming training event can reschedule for another date or transfer their student registration to another person within your organization. Simply send any rescheduling matters to info@intrinsecsecurity.com.
PLEASE NOTE: Sorry, but in the event of a “no show” by the student, where they fail to attend their course, there will be no guarantee that we can reschedule you for another date. The registered student has the responsibility to ensure they comply with the cancellation policy, including providing notice of any changes to the registration information.
Can I cancel my class registration?
Yes, you can cancel your course registration. If you are unable to attend your course for any particular reason (e.g. scheduling conflict, illness, zombie apocalypse, etc.) and would like to cancel, Intrinsec will do everything in our power to make your experience with us great – even if it’s shorter than expected!
Since there is a limit to the number of attendees we can host per class, we ask those who are interested in cancelling their registration to provide Intrinsec with a written cancellation notice by at least 14 days prior to when the class is scheduled to start. In the event where you need to cancel your course registration please email us at: info@intrinsecsecurity.com.

Yes, Intrinsec is able to provide team training and group registrations for any of the courses we provide. Intrinsec is able to provide group training for any of the courses listed on this website, including our partners certification prep courses. To learn more about the courses we provide please visit our Course page. Alternatively, you can also contact us and we’ll answer all of your questions.
What are CPEs and can Intrinsec submit them for me?
We get it, CPEs are complicated, let us handle that for you! Continuing Professional Education credits or CPEs for short, are credits that are used to validate your knowledge and experience which are required to maintain your (ISC)2 certifications. You can receive CPE credits by attending authorized courses (view our courses), seminars, webinars, industry conventions, self-study, and participating in conference calls. For the most part, it is your responsibility to track and submit your attendance to (ISC)2 which may choose to validate your credits.
